They have the worst customer service ever.

I dont recommend to buy from this site, especially when you need to deal with the customer service.

The customer service consists of Chinese / hongkong people who barely knows decent English, no technical knowledge at all most of the time.

Customer Service average responds time = 2-3 hours / reply.

The Customer Service totally ignores you, even in the middle of conversation when they reach the end of their office hours. (Ridiculous service.)

I feel your pain. I just had to return at $199.00 item which arrived DOA (cost $40 to ship here), but cost me $165.50 to ship it back to them :-(

You apparently gave some site permission to take money out of your bank account. Never, ever do that.

Always use a credit card online---not a debit card or give out your bank account info. Also, now you know why you should never agree to overdraft "protection"---you can opt out of this easily online or by calling customer service at the bank. If you did not have this "protection" they would have been unable to do more than the one transaction.

Contact your bank and tell them fraud has been committed, etc. Good luck.

so usually i get my import games from eBay, but this time i decided to give play Asia a chance bad idea. I purchased a game that ships within 5-15 days. Everything went find but i found out i wast supposed to use that money to order a game from my parents, and i had plenty of time left before the item was shipped seeing as my order still said preparing. So i emailed them telling them my problem and even told them i could understand if it still had to be shipped, that was two days ago and no reply from them seriously wtf is the word refund evil to them? I don't plan on using this website anymore there customer service is trash

Play Asia - PLAY-ASIA.COM

I made a purchase on April 26th 2008 from Play-Asia.com for $95.80. About a week later I recieved the item in the mail. I spend several hours reading manuals and forums on the web trying to find anything that could help me get the device to work and I was unable to. I decided the same day I received the item that I wanted a refund. So I sent Play-Asia.com about 7 emails in the last few weeks only getting 2 replies, both replies were identical. As if they were computer generated, not by a human. The item arrived in perfect physical condition. The problem was the functionality of the device. We could not get it to work properly. A friend of mine has the exact same device and his works, mine did not. But after seeing what I need to go through to get this issue resolved I now want nothing to do with this company and want my money back!
